Successfully obtained an admission order in a Section 7 IBC petition against seasoned senior counsel, in relation to an atypical matter based on an oral agreement.
Successfully obtained interim injunctions in a suit for trademark infringement and passing off for a leading paint manufacturer in Karnataka.
Successfully obtained ad-interim injunction in a suit for defamation on behalf of a popular restaurant in Bengaluru.
Represented a leading construction company seeking urgent protection from invocation of bank guarantees.
Represented a bank in relation to the unprecedented restart of insolvency proceedings of a corporate debtor upon failure of an approved resolution plan.
Represented a consortium of lenders in relation to the novel consolidation of corporate debtors in insolvency proceedings and the consolidation of their foreign assets.
Acted for a major oil conglomerate in ad hoc arbitration against ONGC.
Secured a favourable order in the magistrate court in a Section 14 SARFAESI application.

Drafted and negotiated project finance transaction documents on behalf of a consortium of lenders regarding multiple projects for construction of national highways (public-private partnership).
Advised a leading hospital landowner in Bengaluru regarding the comprehensive expansion of the hospital, and drafted and negotiated substantial amendments in the operations agreements with the operating entity.
Drafted and negotiated founders’ agreements, shareholders’/investor agreements for a prominent startup.
Part of the team that successfully completed the first sale of distressed assets of IL&FS (wind energy SPVs).
Advised a popular restaurant in Bengaluru in relation to franchising arrangements in India and Dubai, preparing comprehensive master franchise agreements, employee contracts, NDAs, licensing agreements and commercial rental/lease agreements.
